| Finisher: | Into the Flames |
| Finisher Description: | A triangle choke that can and will be applied from anywhere. In the air, on the ground, during a takedown, in transition from another submission... David is a master manipulator and, as such, he'll always find a way to get this hold on you. This hold is VERY secure and, thus, very hard to simply break out of. The name of this submission is no coincidence either, as anyone in it will find themselves wrapped up between the legs of David, whose ring pants are literally covered in very realistic flames. |

Move Set
Trademarks:-Conundrum (Cattle Mutilation; this can be considered a secondary finisher that is used less than "Into the Flames," but is still highly effective)
-Flying Knee (David takes a few short steps and leaps upwards, grabbing his opponent's head and pushing it down into his knee, which he simultaneously drives upwards into the unprotected face of his opponent; A HUGE impact that will really put an opponent down or shift the match's momentum if David's opponent was controlling it before)
Movelist:
Submissions (The ones with *'s beside them, while not having the same effectiveness as "Into the Flames" or "Conundrum," can be used to end matches at times, although many will simply be used to wear out opponents and/or be used to transition into a better submission):
-Cross/Fujiwara Arm Bar (either can be used to transition into "Into the Flames"; Fujiwara can be used to transition into "Conundrum" as well)
-Knee Bar*
-Bow and Arrow
-D'Arce Choke*
-STF
-Rear Naked Choke*
-Crossface (can be used to transition into "Conundrum")
-Dragon Sleeper (will kneel down and put knee into opponent's back to apply more pressure)
-Double Wrist Lock (basically, a reverse "test of strength," used mainly to put opponent into a very demeaning position to taunt them because, while it is a simple hold, it is still very painful and hard to break)
-Standing Reverse Figure Four (Uses arms instead of legs, holding his opponent's legs in a figure our position while standing, putting the "straight" leg below the other one and bending it forward to keep the hold locked in)
-Step-Over Kimura* (aka A.T. Lock; opponent is on his stomach, David comes from front and takes an arm, applying a hammerlock to it, then steps over his opponent's head, kneeling down to really apply pressure on the arm; can also be used to transition into "Into the Flames")
-Gogoplata*
-Muta Lock*
-Tarantula (Note: Can only use for five count, unless it's No-DQ)
-Octopus Hold
-Koji Clutch*
-Half Boston Crab
Basic/Transition Moves (Used to wear down opponents and set them up for bigger moves/submissions):
-Knife Edge Chops, Jabs, Body Punches, Slaps (Slaps mainly used to taunt)
-Spinning Back Fist
-Clothesline
-Back Elbow (mainly used to catch opponents off-guard who are behind/to the side of David)
-Leg Kicks (to inner/outer thighs and back of knees)
-Sleeper Hold
-Stomps (targets the joints and small of back, as well as the hands and feet/ankles)
-Hamstring Pull (grabs leg of down opponent and front flips over them, snapping their leg forward very awkwardly)
-Kicks to Hamstring (grabs leg of downed opponent and kicks the hamstring repeatedly, really knotting it up)
-Charlie Horse
-Kicking Leg Sweep (grabs one leg and kicks out the other one, dropping opponent to back)
-Elbow Drop (usually to small of back)
-Surfboard Stretch
-Clawing the Back
-Drop Toe Hold
-Arm Wrench (sometimes throws a toe kick to the face, catching opponent off-guard)
-Drop Kick to Knees
-Shinbreaker
High Impact Moves (high impact, really takes wind out of opponent or damages them; as can be seen, many of these can and will be used to transition into submissions):
-Double Knee Facebuster (leaps up and drops down to his back, grabbing his opponent's head and brings his knees up to drive them into his opponent's face)
-Rope Guillotine (catapults opponent with their neck directly under the bottom rope)
-Judo Throw (can be used to transfer into a cross armbar)
-Roaring Elbow
-Spinning Back Kick (to gut/liver; really takes wind out of opponent/stuns them, doubling them over)
-Knees to Back in Surfboard Stretch (David puts opponent in typical surfboard stretch seated position, but instead of just placing his knee in their back, he drives his knee into the back over and over again)
-Shining Wizard
-Black Magic (kick to the back of head directly after a missed Shining Wizard)
-Heart Punch (really stuns opponent)
-Half Nelson Suplex
-Rolling Neckbreaker
-Roundhouse Kicks (lifts arm of opponent and hits repeated roundhouse kicks to the chest)
-STO/Reverse STO (used for impact, but also to transition into submissions)
-Sleeper Suplex
-Swinging DDT
-Stun Gun
-Rocker Dropper (good transition into crossface or fujiwawa armbar)
-AA Spine Buster
-Step up Enzuigiri
-Front Kick to Face (like a big boot, but with a lot of "umph" in the kick; like a Busaiku Kick, but not flying)
-Arm Drag (on high impact list because he uses it to transition directly into a cross armbar or even "Into the Flames")
-Headbutt
-Low Blow (when ref isn't looking, of course)
-Curb Stomp
-Soccer Kicks (to the face or gut of a downed opponent; can be used to taunt opponent by kicking them around the ring)
-Tree of Woe (followed by body punches, stomps and/or a drop kick to the face)
-Palm Strike (a very big impact, if done straight to the side of the head or to the chin or face, it will drop the opponent; can also be done to chest or gut to really take the air out of the opponent and leave them temporarily stunned)
-Reverse DDT (usually transitioned into a dragon sleeper)
-Snapmare into Rolling Neck Snap (snapmare, followed by David going into the ropes and catching opponent with a rolling neck snap)
-Snap Suplexes (Done in sets of four)
-Forward Russian Leg Sweep (this is a favourite set-up move for "Conundrum")
-Lungblower (can be transitioned into rear naked choke right after impact)
-Chop Block
Strengths
Weaknesses
Strategy
-David's pace should go back and forward, from methodical to high velocity, throughout the match, really keeping his opponents on their toes at all times and throwing off their rhythm-David's signature submission is a triangle, which is secure enough on its own to avoid being broken by regular means. David won't simply focus on the head and neck throughout the fight, but rather the legs, arms, back and stamina of his opponent. If his opponent has no legs, he can't walk his way over to the ropes; if his arms or back is gone he can't lift David; if his stamina is gone, he won't last long in the choke.
-David really wears on the minds and bodies of his opponents: putting them in submissions that wear them down, but don't finish them; peppering them with strikes like leg kicks that seem harmless at first, but really pile up as the match goes on; allowing his opponents to seemingly get submission or pinning predicaments, only to lure them into reversals; etc.
-In No-DQ matches, David is not as reckless and torturing as he used to be, but he's still not afraid to use typical weapons on his opponents
-David's unorthodox in his selection of moves and his pace, but he executes moves in a very precise, technical way
-David will always appear to be calm and almost emotionless in the ring
